TABLET PC MANIA!! From past 2 years, we are seeing several major companies releasing their Tablet pc’s along with very popular Apple iPad 2!! This ultra modern device also mobile of the future certainly helped us to move forward in the digital world. But a question still is there, Tablet has the capability to replace our laptop/desktop computer? Or is it waste of money to just get updated technology? How TABLET PC is useful to us?

Replacement for Laptop/desktop?

In straight words, we can buy tablet pc to experience updated technology, but it can’t be a replacement for our laptop or desktop. It has Wi-Fi, high end games, virtual keyboard, but it is not going to help us in creating power point slide shows, accounting in excel for log time, typing a big article etc. It is not suitable for functions which requires large screen, more time typing. While it is not bad to carry with existing technology, Is it sensible to spend $400-$1000 to just connect with social networking sites, high end games, e-mail ? It is helpful if you have to stay connected with facebook, twitter, and with your clients. Business people can take it’s help to stay connected with the business while they are not in their workplace and for video chatting with the customers and colleagues.

We were not seeing tablet pc from past 25 years. Still windows and windows xp tablets were in use in army, medical centers etc. Now we don’t need space to keep a desktop computer, now there are no old formalities like plugging cables to CPU, carrying heavy bag of laptop. You can enjoy flexibility with tablets more than an ultra slim laptop. You can do your work without going to the office cabin. There is no tension of installing additional software and plug-in to your system. It has flexibility, for example, if you are in journey in a car, train or a bus, still you can connect to the world, make video conference with clients edit business reports.
